the successful candidate will lead the development and execution of our organization's global communication strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing corporate narrative creation and dissemination, managing crisis communication, representing the organization in media engagements, and continuously analyzing stakeholders, channels, and audiences to optimize communication actions.
key responsibilities:
* design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure the positioning and reputation of the brand are consistently aligned with global objectives.
* translate business goals into concrete action plans, including timelines, budgets, and impact metrics.
* develop and oversee the creation, dissemination, and implementation of the corporate narrative across all messages and channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
* continuously monitor and analyze public perceptions of the brand, adjusting strategies to strengthen its reputation.
requirements:
* university degree in communication and/or public relations, with a master's degree preferred.
* over 5 years of experience in international communication environments, focusing on the north american market, with at least 2 years of experience managing teams and budgets.
* advanced level of english proficiency.
* proficiency in office software and management systems related to digital marketing and communication.
* previous experience in the real estate and golf sectors is valuable.
* willingness to reside in tulum.
