the customer account representative is responsible for providing industry-leading service and support to littelfuse industrial controls and sensors oem customers.
about your role
1. oem account service: build strong customer relationships, understand key accounts, coordinate deliveries, provide forecasts, maintain portals, and interface with product management. (50%)
2. general service and account management: accurately and promptly manage purchase orders, returns, inquiries, sample requests, quotes, new accounts, and inventory coordination. (40%)
3. sales and marketing: distribute product announcements to customers and reps, and relay customer feedback on pricing, promotions, and products to sales and pm teams. (10%)
4. other duties as assigned.
education & experience
* bachelor or university degree.
* 1-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing industry.
* team player with excellent phone and communication skills, both written and oral.
* results-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
* good organizational and proactive skills.
* a self-starter, thinker, doer—initiates work.
* proficient in microsoft office suite.
* able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-paced environment.
* sap experience is a plus.
