the medical counsel - doctor is responsible for:
* medical assessments
* treatment planning
* treatment monitoring
* review medical records
* create medical summaries
* assess and develop care plans while consulting with other healthcare physicians and health practitioners
required experience, skills, and qualifications:
* bachelor’s degree in medicine (with specialization in anesthesiology, pain specialists, and physiatrist)
* minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience in clinical practice or medical consulting.
* strong command of the english (c1) and spanish language and excellent writing skills
* medical case analysis & documentation: must be skilled in interpreting diagnostic imaging, medical records, and injury assessment
* attention to detail: ability to meticulously analyze medical reports for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with injury claims.
* capable of working independently and as a team member, can efficiently collaborate with teams
* ability to conduct research
* capable of thinking outside the box and identifying possible case strategies
* motivated to learn subjects related and non-related to medicine
* qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills, exceptional administrative and organizational skills, great instincts, and outstanding time management skills.
