The opportunityfinancial advertising and marketing (a&m) analyst will play a key role in advertising and marketing planning, reporting, and controls.this role is responsible for the overall administration of the a&m budget and governance at pbf, leading a&m tracking and spend across the marketing budgets.as the main a&m business partner for the marketing and finance teams, this role will engage with cross-functional stakeholders regularly through governance meetings, deliver refresher trainings, and provide accurate information, data-driven insights, and influence decision-making at pbf.
an expectation is to find process improvements and enhancements to drive future efficiencies.your impactas financial advertising & marketing analyst your responsibilities would include the following:being a business partner to deliver an excellent service to stakeholders.delivering a&m reports as needed, updating and improving visibility including w/nw a&m.ensuring a&m reports are provided regularly to key stakeholders with accuracy.providing insights and action follow-ups as needed to drive a&m budget management.maintaining close communication with the finance team and a&m manager lead to ensure correct budget distribution in peps and track monthly adjustments.completing daily validation and approval of requests for the creation of purchase requisitions, order changes, and providing necessary information to stakeholders.working with departments to obtain proper approval, researching discrepancies, and related tasks.leading new initiatives, continuous improvement, and demonstrating forward thinking in all a&m matters.who are we looking for?
