Associate director of paid media at power digital marketing
role overview and responsibilities:
* the paid media associate director demonstrates exceptional management skills and a strong leadership presence. They oversee a team of 4+ direct reports, coach the team, mentor, provide feedback, and develop skills.
* handle complex client accounts with high-quality execution, strategic thinking, and timely communication.
* proactively drive client growth, innovate new channel strategies, and continuously improve the skills of the team.
* position themselves as an industry leader by leveraging ai technologies to enhance processes and by utilizing power digital\'s nova ecosystem in the department.
role requirements:
* 5+ years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting
* minimum 3 years hands-on experience with search engine marketing, including campaign development and optimization on large, enterprise-level accounts
* significant campaign management experience in at least three of these types: performance max, standard shopping, youtube ads, display advertising, local campaigns, bing ads
* 2+ years of management experience
* proficiency in google/microsoft office suites and google analytics
* strong written and verbal communication, organization and project management skills
* self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to learn quickly and independently
key responsibilities:
* apply management philosophies and lead the team effectively
* coach direct reports through shadowing, role-playing, feedback, and skill development
* manage complex client accounts with high quality, on-time delivery and strategic thinking
* retain and grow client revenue within portfolios and improve team performance
* identify opportunities to enhance team operations, strategy and skill sets
* leverage ai technologies to optimize business processes
* utilize nova ecosystem in relation to the department
kpis:
* 95% team retention
* hit 95% of p&l goals for the department, including service expansion
* maintain bandwidth and positive sentiment for direct reports
* 100% completion of pdm processes each week
