The designer is responsible for creating and executing visual concepts that align with the property’s brand identity and marketing strategy in collaboration with the dlc corporate marketing team. This role serves as the primary creative resource onsite, producing high-quality design assets for print, digital, and social platforms. The designer works closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure all creative outputs support property goals and deliver consistent brand experience.
Responsibilities of the position
develop and produce design assets for property initiatives, including collateral, digital media, event materials, and presentations.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to translate concepts into compelling designs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Prepare and present design drafts for feedback and approval.
Support photography and videography projects, including editing and asset distribution.
Design and optimize content for social media platforms and property websites.
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries for efficient access and usage.
Assist in creating materials for new product launches, sales milestones, club announcements and /or other design needs throughout the organization.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
Provide onsite creative support for corporate‑led events and marketing activations.
Additional design and creative duties as needed.
Required education
bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in adobe creative suite (indesign, illustrator, photoshop), microsoft office, apple products and services.
Knowledge of photography, videography, and digital asset management is a plus.

required experience, abilities and/or skills
minimum of 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within luxury properties, real estate or hospitality.
Excellent customer service & communications skills.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and creativity.
Expertise in layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills to present and explain design concepts.
