we are looking for a talented people support advisor manager to join our team specializing in human resources for our cummins in ciudad juarez, chihuahua (hybrid role: 3 days on site, 2 days home office).
job summary
leads a team or multiple teams responsible for delivering hr solutions, providing support and coaching to employees and managers within a broad scope in the geography.
ensures solutions are delivered that enhance the employee experience, drive efficiency and are compliant with local legislation and company policies.
the role will leverage the full hr function to meet business needs and deliver as one hr team.

leads a team delivering hr services (focus on high-volume, structured hr support, employee experience, and operational excellence) through defined channels and processes.

drives structured problem-solving by identifying root causes of recurring issues and proposing sustainable, scalable solutions beyond individual case resolution.

to be successful in this role, you will need
at least 5 years of experience as a human resources manager in automotive/manufacturing sector, with a strong background in hr operations, employee relations, shared services and hr business partner
proven experience leading teams, with the ability to guide, develop, and drive performance.
solid knowledge of mexican labor law (ley federal del trabajo) and its practical application in employee-related matters.
strong understanding of core hr processes across the employee lifecycle.
experience applying hr policies consistently while balancing business and employee needs.
advanced english proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional, conversational setting.
education, licenses, certifications:
university degree in human resources, business, or related field highly preferred.
