Responsibilities
* oversee accounting: billing, statements, ledger, payroll, ap/ar, budgeting, tax, inventory, revenue recognition.
* partner with operations leaders to support decisions.
* lead and supervise the local accounting team.
* provide analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
* ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strong company standing.
* strengthen processes and communicate financial insights.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in accounting required; finance master’s or mba is a plus; major in accounting or equivalent.
* bilingual professional able to read, translate, converse, and write in english.
* 10+ years of industry experience and 5+ years in a similar managerial role.
* strong leadership; excellent mathematical and analytical skills; proficient verbal and written communication for reporting to upper management.
* knowledge of analysis and financial software; creativity to develop innovative solutions; ability to deliver unbiased budget expectations.
