we are looking for an accountant focused on accounts payable to support the following activities:
accounts payable:
- invoice coding and posting into the system.
- payment schedule
- contact vendors if the invoice needs a modification.
- bank reconciliations.
accounting for homeowner associations:
- bank reconciliations.
- prepare and verify monthly financial reporting packages for hoas.
- identify mistakes in the books and make the proper adjustments.
support accounts receivable when needed with:
- collections reports and correspondence.
- escalate cases to collection attorney when required.

monday to friday from 8:00 to 17:00 cst
