bachelor degreed: industrial/mechanical engineer, with minimum experience of 3 years in automotive industry (expertise demonstrable), in electric vehicles desirable.

- contribute to ergonomics evaluations of workstations and ergonomics risk assessments
- track labor, efficient manpower utilization and line balancing
- conduct job ergonomics evaluations and recommend corrective actions.

- evaluate and redesign nonstandard activities for production and support areas
- participate in local ergonomic committee (lec) and develop ergonomic risk assessment of manufacturing operations.
- assure nom and stps compliance according with isra in ergonomics
- capacity analysis determine operating pattern uptime target and manpower for committed capacity
- recommend most efficient distribution of manpower and review daily employee manpower, analyze plant methods and standards
- conduct time and motion/modapts/gspas studies and review employee proposals and suggestions
- deep dives ergo and rto, according to union proposals or request.
- control and document equipment cycle time, informs the rest of the plant and works with production to identify opportunities and verify after implementation
- provide productivity engineering support to ensure that changes made to product/process design, component fit and function, and any other changes are introduced into the current manufacturing and assembly processes robustly and quantify those changes in terms of cost and efficiency and ergonomically
- develop launch curve update, with official volume releases or required analysis
- drive for continuous improvements on jph and rto efficiencies
- analyze problem process constraints and conduct equipment/workstations cycle time analysis
- analyze production and non-production operations to determine those requiring study and develop new or improved methods and standards
- lead the implementation of the improvements or rebalances from efficiency projects
