As a Senior Engagement Lead you'll keep that promise at scale—guiding up to four Engagement Leads / Project Managers and multidisciplinary squads (≈15 engineers & designers) across multiple client programs. As a product leader, you will:
- Shape clear, lean roadmaps in collaboration with founders.
- Translate opportunities into testable, incremental releases.
- Step back from the code to keep the bigger "why" in focus.

Account Management
In managing client relationships, you will:
- Own the client relationship, including budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and surface insights that can lead to account expansion.

Project Oversight
To oversee projects effectively, you will:
- Ensure multiple teams stay "green" on scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
- Proactively remove blockers, manage risk, and escalate issues early.
- Coach Engagement Leads and PMs in our Engagement Fundamentals (F1–F6).

- Programme portfolio meets or beats target gross margin.

You'll fit this role if you…
- Bring 5+ years leading digital product delivery (agency, venture studio or scale-up).
- Have shipped multiple software products end-to-end and love balancing product-market thinking with engineering realities.
- Can run a project P&L;, speak commercial metrics and still geek-out with designers and devs.
- Lead through context, coaching and clear expectations—not micro-management.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Are eligible to work in México and open to occasional travel (UK, Thailand, South Africa, etc.).

1. Intro chat (30 min) – meet an Engagement peer, talk goals & culture-add.
2. Case walkthrough (60 min) – present a real product/programme story; we'll dive into decisions, numbers, and lessons.
3. Values + leadership panel (60 min) – explore how you enable teams and live MO_PRO/GRO/FLO/ANA.
4. Founder conversation (30 min) – final fit & offer discussion with a Co-CEO.
We aim to complete the process inside three weeks and give actionable feedback at every step.
