at hcl, we are seeking highly skilled technical support engineers to join our team. As a technical support engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to customers and partners via various channels.
* key responsibilities:

o provide timely resolution to complex issues related to cloud environment services, api usage and errors, application performance, cloud cost management, security issues, flexera saas application and/or configuration issues.
o communicate effectively with product management and engineering regarding defects and enhancement requests.
o maintain product, platform, and industry knowledge necessary to offer outstanding technical support to customers.
o lead periodic internal team training as scheduled.
o participate in on-call weekend rotation, as needed.

o 3+ years of professional experience in a technical support role.

o excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in english.
