the role actively contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (iso *) and safety, health and environment systems (iso */iso */local standards), ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous process improvement and the prevention of occupational and environmental risks.
a minimum of 70% fluency in english is required.key responsibilitiesa.
quality management systems (q)documentation: assist in the development, review and control of procedures, instructions, manuals and formats of the qms.internal audits: participate in the execution of the internal audit program, raising findings and following up on the closure of non-conformities.nonconformities and improvement: support root cause investigations (using tools such as 8d and 5 whys) and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (capas) resulting from customer complaints or internal failures.indicators: collect and analyze data to generate quality key performance indicators (kpis).

occupational health and safety (h&s)inspections and tours: conduct periodic safety inspections of the workplace, identifying unsafe acts and conditions.risks: support the identification of hazards and risk assessment by job position and/or process.training: collaborate in the creation of training materials and participate in inductions and training on safety, ppe use and emergency management.incident investigation: assist in the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses, documenting events and proposing control actions.emergency programs: participate in the planning and implementation of evacuation drills and emergency brigades.legal compliance: monitor and help ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation.environmental aspects: assist in the identification and evaluation of significant environmental aspects of the operation.waste: collaborate in the proper management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ensuring its correct segregation and disposal.candidate profile and requirementsindustrial, chemical, environmental engineering, or a related field (degree or internship).
experience1 to 3 years in quality, ehs or integrated management systems (ims) roles.knowledge & toolsbasic/intermediate knowledge of iso *, iso * and/or iso * (or equivalent ohs regulations, such as stps standards in mexico).
