key responsibilities
- create and maintain detailed cad models and drawings for complex components and assemblies.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- review and analyze designs for feasibility and compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- mentor junior cad designers, providing guidance and support in design processes and software use.
you must have
- bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in mechanical engineering, design, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cad design and drafting.
- proficiency in cad software such as solidworks, autocad, or catia.
- strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
- excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs.
