my company is twin peak strategies, a b2b lead generation and marketing agency, focused on driving sales opportunities for my b2b clients.
my small business is at the stage where i still manage almost everything personally, and i'm looking for someone who can fill some gaps, and support me in my work and personal life. This is not a position for someone who is looking for a resume booster for 1-2 years. This is for someone looking to start their career. I’m looking for someone who can be my right hand man/woman for 20+ years.
responsibility for this position will evolve consistently and rapidly over time, but in short, your job will be to save me time, make my life day-to-day work more efficient, and as many admin things off my plate as possible. With this, your value to me is a direct correlation to how much my time is worth, and how much time you save me.
i am not a very organized person, so i am looking for an organized person who can help create structure in my calendar and in my life, to allow me to focus on what i do best: sales and marketing.
over time, as my business grows, this could turn into a more advanced position with more responsibility, with some direct reports, but you will be my right hand.
most of your responsibilities will be online, but this will require some in-person work, and will likely be mostly in office the first few months so you can shadow me. This is also not a laid back, "work-from-home" position. I expect you to be presentable and dressed in business attire on a daily basis.
i have high standards, but offer a good potential for career growth in return.
initially, some of your responsibilities will be managing the following:
* my calendar/schedule
* cleaning and managing my inbox
* quick communication with clients, prospects, etc
* miscellaneous daily tasks that i'm currently distracted with.
* some book-keeping if you have the skills
* some personal things, like paying rent/utilities, running errands, etc.
* booking travel accommodations for myself
this candidate can be a fresh graduate. The only hard requirement is excellent spoken and written english, and knowledge of basic business tools like excel, email, etc.
also, the candidate should be a resourceful, organized person, who can act independently, and doesn't need me to hold their hand through every day tasks.
a few nice-to-have skills that will make you a stronger candidate :
* high level marketing knowledge. You don't need to be an expert, but understanding key terms and high level concepts would be nice.
* knowledge of b2b sales tools like crms, email sequencing tools, contact databases, etc
* huge bonus if you know how to use clay.com
* operations experience/sop writing.
* experience with booking travel
* basic book keeping experience
* a us visa for occasional travel to the united states
* a car or mode of transportation for getting around puebla
