tcs is seeking your talent as: mainframe developer
(candidate needs to be located in or willing to relocate to querétaro, cdmx, guadalajara, or monterrey. Attendance at the office at least 3 days per week will be required.)
qualifications:
* advanced knowledge of english
* bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
* at least 3 years of experience in cobol, db2, jcl, cics, tso ispf, fileaid, abendaid, rexx, clist
* experience in analyzing and understanding complex existing systems
* experience with endevor, any job scheduler like ca-7 or opc, abend aid is mandatory
about the role:
as a mainframe developer, you will:
* provide expert guidance to customers, drive solution architecture, and ensure solution technology aligns with business requirements
* participate in requirements discussions, project planning, system design, and implementation
* communicate risks and issues to the development team and/or project manager
* collaborate with customers on their business needs and develop proposals
