- identify and reach out to potential clients and strategic referral partners
- maintain and nurture business relationships to generate qualified leads
- schedule sales calls and support follow-ups with potential clients
- assist in preparing proposals, follow-up documentation, and client onboarding coordination
*recruiting coordination*
- conduct initial screening messages or calls to pre-qualify talent
- maintain accurate records in the crm throughout the recruiting lifecycle
*administrative support*
- manage crm entries and ensure all pipeline activity is accurately tracked
- assist with calendar scheduling for internal and client meetings
- follow sops and help refine internal workflows for greater efficiency
*required skills & qualifications*
- 35 years experience in business development, recruiting, or account management
- strong english fluency*excellent verbal and written communication is a must*:
- proven experience with*phone sales or appointment setting*:
- highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- comfortable working in and managing a*crm*(e.g., hubspot, zoho, pipedrive, high level)
- ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and timelines simultaneously
- tech-savvy with experience using modern communication tools (e.g., slack, zoom, google workspace)
- self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
*nice to have*
- previous experience in the staffing, recruiting, or bpo industry
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ats) or recruitment software
- understanding of outbound sales strategy and lead generation campaigns
- spanish or bilingual language skills (preferred but not required)
*working hours*
- full-time schedule with at least*46 hours of daily overlap with u.s. Eastern time*(exact hours to be coordinated).
- must be available to respond to messages within 10 minutes during active collaboration windows
