primary responsibilities include: - payrollreports - assistance control - labor regulations (imss, infonavit,repse) - recruitment-onboarding, upload information of newemployees in the different portals, contracts and offer letters -organizational development - organizational culture - laboralrelationships - certifications qualifications: - degree inoccupational psychology, admin or similar - 2-3 years of general hrprocess experience - english / advanced - ms office, (workday hrispreferred)
