*responsibilities*
- *make the world’s most effective ads (and make the most of them!)*:
- drive high-volume visual implementation of both original and iterative social media ads.
- innovate new ways to repurpose and improve existing content
- optimize the viewer’s experience of every video (shot selection, composition, graphics, pacing, motion, music, transitions, etc.).
- support ideation of creative strategy for future campaigns
- excellent attention to detail and ability to proof-check your own work.
*required skills and qualifications*
- *must provide a link to a portfolio and/or demo reel to be considered.*:
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and design, *with a focus on performance/direct response advertising or with d2c clients.*:
- fluency in adobe creative design suites, specifically premiere pro and after effects.
- in addition to being a great editor, you must be an all around creative, with an eye for small details and a passion for big ideas
- team player: you enjoy working with others, and you *appreciate and act on feedback*.
- a passion for the consumer and insatiable interest in understanding consumer behavior and trends across various sectors of the population.
- excellence and proven ability working in an agile, fast paced and complex environment.
