*case processor position (customer service + back office)*

*job description*:

- handle a pipeline of 50+ clients on a weekly basis.
- communicate with mortgage companies to monitor, review, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
- provide updates on a weekly basis on current file status.
- request documents from clients to process them
- send requested documentation to the mortgage companies.
- speak with foreclosing attorney offices to confirm or obtain information related to client cases.
- accurate data entry.
- send requested documentation to mortgage companies.
- communicating with team members and management regarding issues that require escalation.
- collaborate with team members to address challenges and provide support as needed.

- resolve problems and concerns raised by clients with empathy and efficiency.
- handle upset clients with professionalism, seeking resolutions and maintaining positive client relations.
- demonstrate a personable and friendly demeanor in client interactions.
- work effectively as a team player, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- display stability and reliability by consistently showing up to work and meeting job responsibilities.

*qualifications*:

- previous experience in a client relations or customer in a call center environment.
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- proficiency in accurate data entry and document management.
- problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with clients.
- detail-oriented.
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
- ability to hold a fluent conversation with english speaking clients/lenders with assertiveness and confidence.
