The primary responsibility is calling insurance providers and assisting clients in canceling existing policies, so prior hands-on experience with insurance and cancellation processes is required. This is a full-time, phone-heavy role working 9am–5pm eastern time. You will be on calls most of the day handling cancellations, supporting clients, and ensuring all policies are properly processed before billing cycles.
