Identify and track key measures to monitor facility/function effectiveness, and set and monitor staff goals and objectives.Drive development of facilities processes and future capabilities.Ensure all customer requirements are maintained to the highest standard.Employee must perform his/her job within acceptable quality, productivity, and performance standards as outlined in plant policies, handbooks, and applicable work instructions.Confidentiality is guaranteed.
