we’re looking to hire a quality coordinator to join our team in guadalajara, mx. This role location is at our warehouse in zapopan.
what you’ll be doing
* support the assigned quality area (source, fqr, returns, rma, document control, capa support, and scar follow-up) in the performance and management of the assigned workload areas.
* support the area in resolving order processing issues through coordination with the arrow sales/marketing representative, ssg, quality, suppliers, logistics, transportation, finance, and direct interaction with the customer.
* provide area support for metrics/reports, process instructions, corrective/preventive actions, process improvement activities, qms audits, and act as the subject matter expert for the area.
* support all administrative functions of the department, including the following: maintenance of department supplies/equipment and coordination of arrow resources to resolve technical issues with department equipment.
what we're looking for
* bachelor's degree.
* 3 to 5 years of experience as an industrial, electronic, mechatronic, mechanical engineer or equivalent.
* experience in capa or 8d reports.
* experience in electronic component processes. Interpretation of technical specifications and data sheets. Knowledge of or certification in ipc-610 is a plus.
* experience in internal and external audits. Internal auditor in the iso 9001 system
* intermediate proficiency in english.
