the main purpose of the role is to support change and position management transformation due to payroll project across latam, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the organization.

- daily headcount validation for all current pbt countries (hdn, sv, gtm, arg, dom)
- audit data control previous to payroll dispersion
- change management process for manual changes in argentina model
- test envolvement for argentina payroll interface connection with ec
*qualifications*
*who are we looking for?*
- education and experience:
- bachelor of business administration or related career
- experience in personnel administration, payroll or related field
- practical experience in personnel management software
- knowledge in intermediate excel
