responsibilities
* be our market explorer: proactively identify high-potential sellers across mexico through market analysis and field research.
* build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations.
* become a growth architect: develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers’ gmv through data-driven product selection, traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/seo/kol collaboration), and promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events).
* serve as operational partner: guide sellers through platform onboarding (sku optimization, listing creation, logistics setup) and provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans.
qualifications
* fluent in professional english (written and spoken)
* bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in marketing, business, e-commerce, or related fields
* strong excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) and basic data analysis capability
* experience in b2 b sales or e-commerce is a big plus
* understanding of mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., guadalajara footwear, león leather goods)
