principal accountabilities
in addition to the following epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
* develop and execute the digital strategy for retail.com, aligned with business objectives.
* manage relationships with key marketplaces and d2c platform providers to maximize visibility and sales.
* collaborate closely with our d2c provider and the marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize product listing strategies, pricing, and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
* use analytical tools such as google analytics to monitor sales performance, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
* implement and optimize crm systems and ecommerce platforms to increase product visibility and drive traffic to our online offerings.
* monitor and report key metrics such as conversion rates, roi, and acquisition costs to measure the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives.
principal requirements
* experience as an account manager managing retail.com accounts.
* experience managing online marketplaces and d2c ecommerce platforms such as shopify, woocommerce, vtex, magento, etc.
* experience using analytics platforms such as google analytics to analyze sales data and online performance metrics to generate data‑driven insights.
* experience implementing and optimizing crm tools (salesforce, hubspot) to manage interactions and automate sales processes.
* knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools including seo, sem, social media advertising, among others.
* experience with ecommerce logistics, inventory management, and order processing.
minimum experience requirements
c - requires experience at an intermediate level (5-8 years)
education
e - completion of an undergraduate program required (b.a. or b.s.).
