*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field and 5+ years' experience in relevant area of business or equivalent experience
- 3+ years leading supply chain management workstreams for dynamics 365 finance and operations solutions
- good communication and analytical skills
- comfortable facilitating functional workshops with customers, documenting requirements, and designing appropriate solutions
- familiar with azure devops or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools
- ability to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore resources
- participated in end-to-end full lifecyle implementations of dynamics 365 for finance and operations (scm)
- experience communicating and translating technical concepts to non-technical customers and business leaders
*responsibilities*
- you'll be solving your client's challenges and turning their needs into goals and solutions through microsoft dynamics 365
- working as part of the erp team you'll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support
- prototype and configure processes in microsoft dynamics 365 finance and operations (f&o) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to
- work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
- create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients' businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
- support testing the proposed system and train users
