what you'll be doing day to day
general
support as needed for around 20 hours/week (mostly mornings/afternoons pst)
prep meetings (bios, context) follow ups, tasks and notes
financial management (expense audits, pay bills, send invoices)
manage documents & database (create, organize, file & update content)
plan events (individual & business events)
plan travel (research and book flights, hotels, vehicles, services, activities,
online research
shop (place orders, find best price on x, snap photo and find online)
handle household admin (find house cleaner, trainer, replenish groceries, etc)
business
handle community management, communication strategy and other efforts related to our business efforts. The scope you may be assigned will only be limited by your capacity.
research + test new ideas with our guidance
relationships
plan activities (book restaurants, concerts, etc)
meet interesting people (plan dinners/events with folks like entrepreneurs & experts)
health and wellness
coordinate health testing (blood, dexa, mris, vo2max etc)
coordinate top service providers (doctor, chiropractor, dentist, masseuse, trainer)
coordinate courses such as a wim hoff course
childcare related (for 3yo and 8yo daughter)
source childcare (babysitter, tutor, nanny)
research and coordinate schools, summercamps, activities (play dates, lessons)
research & get toys and other items (e.g. furniture, stroller, clothing etc)
coordinate healthcare needs (appointments, providers, services etc)
help coordinate visa requirements, travel, lodging for traveling babysitters

own monthly and social events and coordination for our online longevity community
assist with legal and administrative needs for various corporate entities
own communication with all service providers (housekeepers, babysitters, handymen etc)
calendar all meetings
handle utilities such as phone and internet services, as relevant
coordinate pediatrician visit for both daughters
handle all school communications and planning for our older daughter
research, propose and deliver a set of activities for our daughters in san francisco
within 2 months
establish a comprehensive list of vetted and tested childcare providers so we are always covered
research, propose and purchase all regularly needed items (clothing, craft good etc) for our daughters
research and propose activities of interest in sf
research and coordinate all child activities and curricular plans for q*
make sure all calendared events have full context / bios etc
coordinate weekly dinners with 5-8 people, some of which may include a theme and potential content (a movie, presentation etc) and one company event
within 3 months
own all travel planning (research and book flights, hotels, vehicles, services, activities, prepare for our arrival but coordinating shipping of key items)
own all online shopping (place orders, find best price on x, snap photo and find online)
take care of all social planning needs (coordinate events, book restaurants and venues etc)
independently take care of payments and purchases
within 6 months
handle all household admin (finding and managing house cleaner, trainer, replenish groceries, etc)
ensure completion of at least 1 full round of health and performance
