* at least 1 years of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations.
* experience working in customer-focused distribution.

job responsibilities
* handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone regarding shipment status, inventory, and delivery schedules.
* receive delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments.
* prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records.
* resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues efficiently.
