main responsibilities:
* configure and implement hr modules, focusing on mexican payroll processes.
* manage organizational structures, personnel administration, and employee self-service portals efficiently.
* design and develop custom hr applications using front-end design principles and back-end service approaches.
* provide expertise in compensation, benefits administration, time management, and payroll procedures.
* support the implementation and maintenance of successfactors solutions.
* develop data interfaces to transfer information to and from multiple vendors using tools like abap query and lsmw.
* create training materials and user guides for employees, as well as functional specifications for abap developments.

* familiarity with sap hcm configuration, including mexican payroll functionality.
