responsibilities
* collect and analyze business requests for the servicenow platform.
* facilitate solution design and investigate business processes and systems for process improvement.
* provide business support to all servicenow development and support functions.
you will be working with relevant projects worldwide and have opportunities to give back to the community through our volunteer programs.
to succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience as a business/functional analyst and administering the servicenow platform. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is also required.
