*job duties and responsibilities*
- learn and execute comprehensive social media content moderation across various communities to take care of svelte's most important customers
- research faqs, shared content and knowledgebase to find the proper response for customers
- engage with the audience, build relationships, and foster community growth through consistent and authentic interactions.
- stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing them effectively within the strategy.
- respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and comments, maintaining a positive brand image and reputation.
- keep updated on industry trends and competitor actions to spot potential opportunities or risks.
