This role supports mission critical and focuses on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and tailored guidance to optimize customer solutions in azure. The role may involve working with microsoft support to expedite incident resolution and can be performed up to 50% from home.

responsibilities
* gathers customer/partner insights and maps architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business outcomes. Acts as the voice of the customer to drive feedback and resources across internal teams, represents the customer/partner to internal teams to shape products and services, and shares customer success stories with the wider team.
* develops and expands relationships with customer and partner architects, technical specialists, technical decision makers, and business stakeholders. Synthesizes customer/partner business and technical requirements and demonstrates solutions’ capability and value through design collaboration sessions. Ensures alignment with the customer success plan and partners with internal teams to deliver outcomes. Supports customer/partner skilling and addresses capability gaps as a trusted technical advisor, facilitating technical discussions and adoption of best practices.
* guides team members to focus on the customer/partner experience, defines conditions of success, and improves experience and value realization. Anticipates dissatisfaction and unmet needs and implements strategies to accelerate transformation.

* strengthens customer/partner relationships to resolve technical blockers and accelerate consumption and implementations. Maps broad business and technical knowledge to meet requirements and resolve constraints. Guides customers to grow consumption and align with account teams on priorities.

Drives architecture design, resiliency reviews, and deployment readiness to increase usage. Provides thought leadership for solution clarity and supports customers through implementation to achieve value outcomes.

qualifications
required/minimum qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or related field and 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, it consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
* or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years of azure iaas related experience, with sme knowledge in azure iaas areas such as storage, networking, compute, and availability/disaster recovery.
* 4+ years of experience with development, debugging, performance tuning, and supporting technologies such as devops, azure web apps/app services, paas, aks, key vault, azure ad app authentication/oauth, containers, apis, logic apps/function apps, and related languages (c#, .net, java, python).
* microsoft cloud certification.
* business fluency in english and spanish.
additional or preferred qualifications
* bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or master’s degree with 6+ years experience, or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years in technical projects.
* business fluency in portuguese.
