The Assistant Account Manager will be an eager to learn professional, seeking to learn and grow and become the expert in the video marketing offerings and capabilities of YouTube and off-YouTube platforms. Through meticulous attention to detail, he/she can manage multiple complex projects with ease - whether they call for organizational skills, statistical analysis, or business acumen - and is always ready and excited to hit the ground running.

The primary responsibility of the role is to assist Channel Factory’s Account Manager in daily deliverables needed from clients or internal projects.

Responsibilities:

- Compiling insightful weekly, monthly, and/or Final Reports in MS Excel or MS Powerpoint
- Minute note-taker for POD meetings
- Submitting IOs for signature and inputting details into SFDC
- Tracking performance, delivery, and margin goals for the POD to ensure we are on track with goals & benchmarks
- Assisting with ad hoc client requests with Account Manager leading client communication
- Developing targeting lists by audience and brand relevancy
- Leading campaign screenshots for proof of purchase with clients
- Researching and staying up to date with relevant trends
- Working with the Designer in creating brand safe screenshots for campaign POPs
- Monitoring pacing and margin reports for regional campaigns
- Assisting in special projects as assigned by AM-MGMT

Requirements:

- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- EXPERIENCE: 0-1 years of digital media experience
- Strong work ethic & discipline to work productively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps e.g., Zoom, Google Hangouts, Slack
- Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must!
- Bonus points if you are AdWords or YouTube certified!
- Have a thirst to learn the digital landscape and share with the team.
- A self-directed professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline.
- Able to effectively prioritize and work with little to no supervision.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.

General Ledger Accountant

Objective:

Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of financial information in compliance with IFRS, local legislation, and corporate policies. This role oversees the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements, accounts receivable, and general accounting, ensuring alignment with external and internal requirements. Manages communications with external auditors to support audit processes and safeguard accounting disclosures. Ensures strong internal controls, adherence to corporate guidelines (4EP, Segregation of Duties), and continuous process improvement.

Day to day (main tasks):

• Consolidate and reconcile data against financial system.

• Prepare financial reports for the Mexican stock market, legal, external affairs and taxes requirements.

• Cost of Sales and Inventory deviations analysis and reporting to management.

• Create and maintain accounting calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for financial close, monthly closing, financial statement audit, etc.

• Ensure timely monthly and Annual Reports on consolidation System.

• Elaborate monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements.

• Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide IFRS interpretation.

• Prepare technical memorandums that document issues in logical and clear financial statements.

• Comply with fiscal and legal requirements.

General Accounting:

• Oversees the issuance, control and correct registration of invoices, credit notes and Accounts Receivable process.

• Monthly reconciliations of assets and liabilities accounts related to income and accounts receivables.

• Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team

• Month end, hard close and year-end closing. •Perform continuous assessment of the close process.

• Electronic Accounting based on Mexican tax regulations.

• Cash flow position and reporting as Treasury and management requested.

External/Internal Audits:

• Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors.

• Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures.

Internal Controls/Processes/General:

• Support and ensure that the processes of the area are implemented, maintained and according to local, corporate and internal guidelines. •Implement and execute internal controls to assure adherence to the defined processes.

• Ensure the Intercompany accounts reconciliations.

• Report deviations to Management.

• Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team.

Profile

Education: Bachelor ́s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Previous experience: 5-8 years in accounting; 2+ years financial statement/reporting.

Languages: Advanced English

Additional Qualifications: SAP, IFRS, accounting rules.

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate financial information for Mexico Shared Services Autosol (Electric Mexico), developing budgets and forecasts, and producing insightful reports aligned with corporate procedures and policies. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying deviations, performing scenario analysis, and supporting data-driven strategies across the business.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Electric Mexico (SS Autosol), ensuring timely and accurate best estimate updates.
- Ensure high-quality analysis of actual results versus POR, forecasts, and assessments, providing clear insights to support strategic decision-making for Electric Mexico (SS Autosol).
- Upload and maintain financial data in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including budget and forecast.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial analysis reports for Emerson Electric (SS Autosol), adhoc reports
- Manage and report monthly headcount data, ensuring alignment with finance and HR departments
- Conduct financial assessments and coordinate follow-up meetings with Facilities and HR to support budget control and forecast planning.
- Develop executive-level presentations for the CFO and General Director, summarizing financial performance and strategic insights of Electric Mexico (SS Autosol).
- Perform ROI evaluations and lease vs buy comparative analyses to support capital investment decisions.
- Provide financial support to the Controller and CFO, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic direction of Electric Mexico (SS Autosol).
