Job description:

we are seeking a highly skilled digital seo project manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of seo strategies and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

your primary objective will be to develop and implement comprehensive seo plans that drive organic traffic and improve online visibility. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including content creation, link building, technical optimization, and citation strategists, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with project objectives.

key responsibilities include:
* conduct thorough reviews of client proposals, project start details, and relevant documentation.
* collaborate with team members to gain a deep understanding of clients' goals and objectives.
* develop and maintain internal seo project documentation to facilitate communication and collaboration.
* perform strategy audits to identify key issues hindering website rankings.
* conduct keyword research to drive leads and achieve client goals.
* build sitemaps to optimize website structure and improve search engine rankings.
* develop information content marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
* break down strategies into actionable tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
* monitor progress, address delays, and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
* estimate hours required for new pages or updates and assign tasks based on priority.
* manage campaign expenses and stay within budget.
* identify and address potential roadblocks and ensure smooth project execution.


requirements:

to succeed in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or web development, along with a minimum of 2 years of project management experience. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of general seo principles and the web design process. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. You must also be organized, deadline-driven, and detail-focused, with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Familiarity with hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring is desirable.

our work schedule:
