what you’ll do
* design and implement 5g nr and lte radio access network (ran) solutions to meet coverage and capacity requirements.
* manage and optimize core network functions to ensure seamless end‑to‑end connectivity and service delivery.
* ensure all deployments and configurations adhere to 3gpp standard implementations and industry best practices.
* perform network troubleshooting and performance tuning to maintain high reliability and low latency across the 5g ecosystem.
* collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new telecom features and services into the existing infrastructure.
what we are looking for
* 8+ years of experience in telecom engineering, network engineering, or wireless communications.
* proven expertise in developing or operating 5g network infrastructure and radio access networks (ran).
* deep understanding of 5g nr, lte technologies, and 3gpp standard implementations.
* hands‑on experience with core network functions and cellular network architectures.
* advanced proficiency in english.
