* create job post descriptions.
* posts jobs online.
* schedule interviews
* onboard and train new and existing hires.
* create and manage reports.
* conduct weekly accountability calls with customers (english and spanish).
* other duties as assigned.

required qualifications, skills and specs
* must be bilingual in english and spanish
* computer with 8gb ram, i5 processor, and internet speeds above 30mb as a minimum.
* bachelor’s degree in human resources or administration.
* over 1 year of work experience in human resources.
preferred qualifications and skills
* experience with hubspot, asana, and zoom.
