We are looking for a costa marketing coordinator to join the costa coffee mexico marketing team, reporting directly to the marketing director. The core purpose of the role is to support the development and execution of the brand strategy, managing the portfolio, innovation initiatives, and market launches, always with a data‑driven mindset and strong cross‑functional alignment to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
brand strategy: support annual brand planning and translate global strategy into local market execution
portfolio & innovation: performance analysis, opportunity identification, and support for new product launches
campaigns & media: coordination with creative and media agencies, monitoring execution and results
activation coordination: planning and follow‑up of brand activations at point of sale and relevant channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and global guidelines
data & insights: consolidation of market data (nielsen, euromonitor) and generation of insights to support decision‑making
commercial alignment: interface between marketing and trade marketing to ensure consistency between brand strategy and in‑store execution
brand governance: management of brand assets and compliance with global brand guidelines.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with a track record of agency management, market data analysis, and campaign execution. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, executive presentation skills (deck building), project management, and positive leadership are key. Experience in fmcg or the beverage/coffee category is a plus. The role oversees a marketing intern and engages with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
