*responsibilities*
- take the prepared data and generate invoices, ensuring all completed service orders are accurately reflected.
- submit invoices to clients and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
- handle billing issues, working directly with customers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- analyze and review service details, pricing, and required documentation to ensure invoices are correct before submission.
- collaborate with the accounts receivable department to verify payment methods and ensure efficient collection.
- maintain organized records, ensuring customer accounts are updated with accurate billing information.
- other duties as assigned.
*profile*
- high school diploma or equivalent (a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred)
- requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, with experience in bill review and preparation preferred.
- some relevant administrative experience is also required.
- a combination of education, training, and related experience may meet requirements.
- 1+ years of sales and/ or collections experience
- proficient with microsfot office suite

$25,000 base gross salary
