you will report to: engineering manager in mexico
work model: remote
responsibilities:
- provide technical support to customers and colleagues in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of rockwell automation products and solutions.
- installation and commissioning install and configure rockwell automation equipment and systems in industrial environments, ensuring they function and meet customer specifications.
- diagnosis and troubleshooting: resolve technical issues in automation systems, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime and maintain equipment operation.
Requirements:
- bachelor´s degree in automotive, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering or related field. or equivalent
- 2 year of experience in a similar position
- knowledge of rockwell automation products.
- intermediate english
- your work will involve 80% travel, so travel availability is required.
