requirements

• knowledge of it infrastructure including:
  
  
  
  • computer and printer troubleshooting and deployment.
  
  
  
  


• microsoft windows (client) and basic understanding of active directory.


• basic networking concepts (tcp/ip, lan).


• familiarity with internet connectivity and security concepts (vpn, antivirus).


• exposure to virtualization or remote access tools (e.g., citrix) is a plus.


• familiarity with manufacturing environment.


• knowledge of m365 administration, including office suite, exchange, teams, sharepoint, and entra id.

key responsibilities

• assist in the deployment and support of it hardware and software, including pcs/laptops, printers, and mobile devices.


• monitor ticket queries and resolve basic issues; escalated more complex tickets to senior team members or vendors as needed.


• support installation and basic maintenance of servers and storage systems under supervision.


• follow established security procedures, including updates, antivirus, and access controls.


• perform routine system administration tasks such as user account setup, password resets, and maintain inventory records.


• monitor system alerts and report performance or availability issues to the team.


• assist in troubleshooting recurring hardware and software issues and document solutions.


• help maintain inventory of it assets and supplies.


• support data backup processes and verify successful completion.


• provide basic user support and guidance on it tools and best practices.


• participate in team meetings and assist with process improvement initiatives.
