• l1/ l2 support engineer with exposure to azure dev ops methodologies and tools. 8+years of experience
• familiarity with monitoring tools, including splunk and dynatrace.
• experience of cloud technologies gcp/azzure.
• knowledge of sql, relational databases.
• knowledge of itil and processes such as incident, problem and event management.
• open to work in rotational shifts (morning and afternoon shifts) and share the on-call rota for out of business hours to manage the critical applications.
• advocate of agile delivery practices.
• experience across the entire solutions development lifecycle from inception through build to production.
- os: windows, linux, solaris - monitoring and alerting (splunk, net iq, tivoli, dynatrace) - dev ops, gcp - html5/react js/kafka/zuul/eureka based apps - automation and scheduling (tws, jenkins, urban code) - scripting (vba, python, perl, etc.) - data: oracle, sql server, postgres - hdfs for storage
