*objective*
coordinate all maintenance activities (preventive, corrective & predictive) to improve efficiency in equipment of assembly production lines, facilities and general services for new products.
*main responsibilities*
achieve operational continuity of assets, equipment and plant production systems at reasonable costs.
carry out preventive and predictive maintenance planning activities managing maintenance team effectively, securing materials and services, providing methods and procedures.
be able to quickly respond to eventualities / breakdowns in the equipment as they arise.
attain continuous improvement in productivity by increasing mtbf equipment, reducing mttr and improve availability.
achieve improvement and cost optimization (energy, manufacturing, parts, services, supplies, raw materials, manpower) without sacrificing productivity.
create and maintain records and documents generated by upgrades and production equipment.
achieve improvement by implementing and executing horizontal deployment on equipment of lessons learned.
achieve improvements with the implementation of systems, philosophies and tools such as: (vsm, tpm, 5s, masp, semaphores)
achieve equipment improvement and cost reduction through reverse engineering.
*position requirements*
- education: bachelor degree ima, ime, imt, ime, icc, iec, iee.
- experience: 5 years experience in automotive plant, 3 years experience with maintenance coordination activities.
- technical skills: maintenance systems, sap, srm, tpm.
knowledge of technical drawings, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric.
automation, welding, tooling, cold joining technologies
- languages: 100% english, german desirable.
