we are looking for a ecommerce sales head
key job responsabilities
- manage consumer electronics sales & product activities for samsung mexico e-commerce direct-to-consumer (televisions, sound devices, monitors, refrigerators, washing machines, air-conditioners, vacuum cleaners, dish washers, microwave, hoods and stoves)
* manage and create sales & products strategies to sell products direct to consumer in all channels (official website, sales app, alliances websites, market places stores and small-medium-business store)
* manage planning and product allocation with division product leaders to avoid channel conflict and create a unique strategy for d2c (internal negotiation with division leaders about volume, models, etc)
* manage pricing and promotion with division product leaders to avoid channel conflict and create a unique strategy for d2c (internal negotiation with division leaders about promotional prices, benefits, voucher, coupons, bundles, etc)
* create a channel strategy by product and offer, defining portfolio by channel and pricing differentiation by channel (s.com/app, 3pd, epps and smb)
* manage, drive and guide the team making sure that each knows clearly the channel targets, products targets and division requests
* control and give visibility to all stakeholders regarding the sales progress, sell-out targets, products under performance, market changes, competition, etc
* create and develop sales strategies to ramp-up sales of current and new channels, open new channels and collaborate with partners (market places, banks, other companies, fintech’s, etc)
* plan/design/execute sales strategy for each channel (website, app, market place, closed channels) having a different strategy by product, by channel, by benefit and by offers.
* collaborate with marketing team to have full alignment about product strategy, offers and sales targets to guarantee the execution on each channel/program
* define a campaign/promotional calendar by each channel to support achieving sales targets (some channels will have full autonomy and others need to negotiate with external parts – market place, banks, etc)
requirements
bachelor’s degree is needed
12+ years of experience on similar positions.
proven experience with home appliances
excel usage.
english level advanced.
