* be a strong business partner to management by conducting all necessary analyses at your level and leading economically-oriented meetings
* leads local team in terms of guidance, training, people development and governance
* ensures proper implementation of internal controls & compliance. Secures adherence to financial policies at the site level
* manage site financial performance plan and provide summary to division's management.
* responsible for site financials kpi and reporting and validate the completeness, accuracy andquality of the data.
* responsible for forecast and budget preparation in collaboration with divisional analyst and cfo regional
* prepare presentation and gap analysis of site results and review with cfo and evp
* provides assistance and support on key financial processes such as group procedures, internal control system, continuous monitoring, accounting rules and approbation process.
* perform ad-hoc analysis and monitoring on specific topics such as cash, aging accounts receivables (ar), inventory, and industrial variances
* coordination of activities between site and other reporting units / intercompany
* customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment that supports and directly impacts senior executive management reports and decisions.
education:
-bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required.
-specialization in finance preferred
-master's degree preferred
experience:
-10+ years of experience in financial management in an international operational environment
computer skills:
-proficient knowledge microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
-knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information
-knowledge of the ifrs standards
-familiar with erp system
