*what will you do?
*the it business intelligence architect will be a key player for creating, maintaining and optimizing sql server queries, stores procedures and database tables used as a source for reporting, analytics and dashboards in the financial reporting and analysis (fp&a) organization.
this role requires strong technical and analytical skills to build best in class reporting and analytics platform that will support financial decision making.
*how will you do it?
*:
- develop data warehouse architecture and supporting data model
- establish and maintain etl processes
- ensure data quality and integrity
- develop, implement and optimize dtsx packages using microsoft integration services
- implement dwh / bi improvements (architecture, olap, devops, etc.)
- create reports and dashboards in power bi
- automate process
- create and maintain technical documentation
- supports and troubleshoots service requests and monitor system stability and performance
*what we look for?
*:
- bachelor degree from an accredited university
- fluent english
- 3 or more years of experience with designing, developing and deploying of relational databases (sql) and business intelligence solutions
- background in troubleshooting sql server performance and analyzing query execution plans
- strong t-sql knowledge and skills
- strong experience with etl tools and ability to extract data from various data sources (ms sql, oracle, hadoop, csv, excel, access)
- 3 years of experience with sql server integration services
- proficient knowledge of 2 or more programming languages.
- experience with microsoft power bi or similar platforms (microstrategy, ibm cognos, tableau, etc.)
- erp or other data source experience, with an understanding of business processes, design and data flows around source systems
- demonstrated ability to learn new technologies as required
desired:
- basic knowledge of project management techniques (pmi, agile, scrum, etc)
- knowledge of microsoft office 365 suite for development (sharepoint, flows, power apps, etc)
- predictive analytics background a big advantage
- hfm / essbase
- onestream
- financial background is a plus.
