About the role we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior hr vendor management specialist to support our human resources team in managing external hr service providers.this role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in hr operations, contract administration, and vendor relationship management.you will be responsible for supporting the renewal of existing vendor contracts, identifying new potential hr suppliers, coordinating their empanelment process, and ensuring timely follow-up on invoices and payments.this position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and an interest in developing expertise in vendor management and hr processes.vendor contract managementsupport the review, update, and renewal of contracts for existing hr vendors.coordinate with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, finance) to ensure compliance with company policies and timelines.maintain accurate documentation of contract versions, approval statuses, and expiration dates.new vendor identification & empanelmentresearch and identify potential new hr service providers aligned with business needs.assist in the vendor evaluation and selection process, including gathering proposals, capabilities, and compliance documents.coordinate the full empanelment (onboarding) process for both new and renewing vendors, ensuring all required documentation is completed and approved.invoice management & payment follow-uptrack vendor invoices to ensure timely submission and accuracy.collaborate with the finance team to verify services delivered and follow up on pending payments.maintain updated records of invoice status, payment cycles, and financial documentation.data management & reportingupdate vendor databases, contract trackers, and performance dashboards.prepare periodic reports on contract status, vendor performance, and payment timelines.qualificationsbachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, industrial relations, or a related field.strong organizational and time-management skills.excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.effective written and verbal communication skills in english (additional languages are a plus).proficiency in microsoft office tools (excel, word, powerpoint).interest in hr operations, procurement processes, or vendor management.
