In this position, you will lead the design, validation, and implementation of innovative material handling solutions, driving efficiency, safety, and operational excellence across the plant.
what you'll do
ensure 100% readiness and validation of all workstations before pilot phases and production launch.
lead the design and implementation of mmh (minimal material handling) and agv solutions.
coordinate multidisciplinary teams (wpi, ie, safety, packaging, production) to guarantee successful station validation.
maintain and ensure accuracy of pfep, timelines, checklists, and kaizen journals.
drive compliance with ergonomics, material flow, and line-side stock standards under wcm principles.
act as the main liaison between packaging and plant teams to ensure feasibility and integration.
identify, evaluate, and implement continuous improvement opportunities in internal logistics.
manage cad/layout deviations and ensure timely and accurate equipment installation.
what we're looking for
bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in internal logistics and new model launches.
intermediate to advanced english level.
strong knowledge of stellantis wpi methodologies.
proven experience in warehouse design, material flow analysis, ergonomics, and logistics automation.
proficiency in autocad, ms office (excel, access), and odcics2.
excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
