your role and responsibilities
as a business transformation consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of ibm's offerings and technologies. A successful consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
you will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. your primary responsibilities include
proposal development: identify business drivers and goals and develop compelling proposals and value-driven business cases to achieve desired business outcomes.
requirements analysis and specifications design: translate client's business needs into business requirements and participate in the production of detailed design and technical specifications.
future-ready architecture planning: understand the requirements, current architecture state of the enterprise and create roadmaps for future enhancements accordingly.

act as the primary link between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements across both domains.
expertise in core banking modules
demonstrate strong knowledge of aa (arrangement architecture), tph (transaction processing hub), accounting, and payment systems to support functional and technical validations.
configuration and integration
configure aa product conditions and maintain traceability between transact and satellite systems (crm, channels, tdh) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
technical development and support
utilize tafj/tafc frameworks, workbench, and iris api for development and provide level 2/level 3 support, addressing complex technical and functional issues.
process optimization and validation
perform functional and technical validation of solutions and drive process optimization initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
