Ensure social impact processes are being correctly implemented globally and support regional offices in the process of adoption and implementation of processes and initiatives while maintaining a clear and effective global data measurement throughout the year.
*main responsibilities*:
- function as shared valued’s main point of contact between regional/global offices and the central corporate office.
- ensure adoption and execution of social impact’s engagement and development processes in a timely fashion.
- supervise the creation, execution, and reporting of global community engagement plans.
- lead global implementation of sustainability processes: scorecard, incidents, environmental plans, and integrated report.
- supervise regions in contributing information to si’s platform for internal analysis efforts.
- manage information generated regionally to consolidate and report to leadership and regionally.
- inform leadership based on insights from data analysis for processes and initiatives development.
*position challenges*:
- global coordination with a variety of teams on different time zones and geographies. - information requests from external stakeholders, as analysts and audits, represents detailed information management. - obtain results and contributions through colleagues that have a shared/mixed responsibility. Able to enhance collaboration. - constant reporting efforts and requests to regional and local colleagues. - rotation in si’s regional structures represents a challenge in permeating the si process and methodology in new colleagues. - operate through a global platform that is in constant need for improvements and actualization.
*qualifications*:
strong english language, most of the job is coordintation with global social impact so english is a must.
Academic background (ideal bachelor’s degrees and master degrees):
an engineering / numerical background is desired for management of kpis, metrics and project/initiative supervision and reporting. Data analysis of data sets for insights and inform leadership on decision making.
Areas of expertise (specify ideally how many years of prior experience is needed per each area of expertise)
data set management on excel, a plus if contact with additional tools like power bi. 3 years.
Commercial / relationship skills are big must for engaging constantly with different people on a supervising / reporting role. 2 years.
Project / process management experience on maintaining constant processes and reporting outcomes / results. (audits / public reporting is a plus) 2 years.
Social impact / social responsibility expertise is a great plus but not necessary (2 years)
*technical skills*
data management and analysis as well as its representation (graphs, visuals) is critical. A plus: visualization software: power bi, tableau. - english language, written and spoken is critical.

External: direct interaction with external analysts for reporting and audit processes. - contact with external partners for a specific project / initiative.
